COMPANY INTRODUCTION

     Orion Images Corporation (OIC) was established in 2002, in Southern California. Since that time we have focused extensive resources on research and development of our products. OIC is one of the fastest growing companies in the LCD security monitor marketplace and has established itself as a leader in the development and introduction of TFT LCD Monitors. Our product line includes the following categories:

• LCD Security Monitors – with monitor sizes from 15” to 47”, and an extensive array of input and output connection options, including Composite BNC, S-Video, VGS, component and audio, our security monitors can be used in most security applications.
• VGA Monitos—we provide PC/VGA monitors for use with PC-based DVR’s and other PC related needs.
• Rack Mount Monitors—15”, 17” and 19” monitors are available in a “ready to mount” rack mountable format.
• Touch Screen Monitor—for use in a number of interactive environments, such as kiosks, restaurants, ticket counters, etc.
• Public View Monitor—20” Monitor with integrated built-in varifocal lens/camera, PIR motion sensor, and card reader.
• DVR/Monitor Combination—This new product includes both the monitor and digital recorder in a compact package.
• Open Frame Monitors—allows for manufacturer mounting of the LCD within a rack, security control center, point of sale device, video gaming device, and industrial automation device among other applications.
• Accessories—Wall and Ceiling Mounts.

     Because of our GSA contract, we are able to provide products to the federal government, and for government related projects. We also distribute through our reseller/dealer distribution channels, and a select number of corporate customers with the option to act as a private label manufacturer.

     OIC’s manufacturing plant is located in Korea. Orion has emerged as one of the leading global distributors of LCD Video Monitors. The advantages of doing business with Orion are that we control the product quality at all levels of the manufacturing process. While many components of our products are outsourced from leading providers around the world, we assemble the final product in our own factories. We are also able to respond quickly to market needs with new products, through our in-house engineering/design staff. Orion’s long-term outlook is to provide the marketplace with the best technology available in the LCD security monitor for stable growth and profitability in order to be there over the long haul.
